Fancy yourself as a designer? Want to win cool Cooly Rocks On prizes? Then read on.....

This year we are opening up the design of the entrants Tee-Shirt to all of you!

The competition is this;

Get your creative juices flowing and create a fabulous design for the back of this years Cooly Rocks On  entrants Tee-Shirt!

Should you be selected as our  talented winner then on top of the already fabulous list of prizes you will receive,  your name will be printed on the bottom right corner of every shirt sold.

1 Double Pass to the Cooly Rocks On Monday Grand Finale Show
For those of you who may want to enter the contest, but have already registered and paid  don’t worry we will reimburse your entry fee and the cost of the Cruise and Tee-Shirt.

If the winner is not an Entrant but is a recipient of the Cooly Rocks On E-newsletter either directly or indirectly, the above prize will be replaced by a store voucher to the value of $100.00.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Entrant Tee-Shirt Design Competition

1. By entering the competition you and (if under 18 years of age at the time of entry) your parent/legal guardian agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to exclude entrants and/or winners if they do not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
2. The entries are to be designed by participants of Cooly Rocks On or those who through some means receive the Cooly Rocks On eNewsletter, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agencies and anyone to whom they are professionally connected. All entries must be submitted by the artist.
3. To enter the competition, anytime between Wednesday 8 February 2012 and Thursday 8 March 2012 entrants must create and colour a t-shirt design based on the theme ‘Cooly Rocks On’. The design is to be completed by entrants who download the eNewsletter and  may submit their design by replying to the email (janah@coolyrockson.com) containing the eNewsletter and including all personal details.
4. The design can be created using any type of medium including but not limited to coloured pencil, crayon, paints or digital production, paint etc, however all designs must be the artists own original creation and use of photographs or other images in which others may possess intellectual property rights is not permitted. If it is found that the artist has infringed or breached any copyright, intellectual property or misled Cooly Rocks On in any way the sole responsibility for the outcome of any action will rest solely with the artist concerned Cooly Rocks On will not be held responsible in any way shape or form.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries containing profanities or material they deem to be of an obscene or offensive nature.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. One entry per person. If more than one entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. Each entry is to be produced individually and group/team entries will not be accepted.
8. There will be only one prize winner.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize described above cannot be provided to the winners.
10. The winners will be selected by the Promoter from all correctly completed and submitted entries within 21 days of the closing date and the Promoter will notify the winner by telephone or email within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or cannot make use of the prize for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize and the winner will forfeit the prize.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter will liaise with the winners or their parent/legal guardian regarding delivery or collection of the prize. The Promoter will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any postal service provider or courier.
13. In the event that, due to the acts or omissions of any winner or their parent/legal guardian, the Promoter is unable to deliver the prize to that winner, that winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute or alternative will be available and a substitute winner may be selected.
14. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.
15. Any entries not meeting the above criteria shall be invalid. The Promoter will not be liable for any entries which are not received for any reason.
16. The winners and their parent/legal guardian agree not to sell, offer to sell or use the prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including, without limitation, placing the prize on an internet auction site).
17. By entering into the competition you acknowledge and agree that all rights in the ownership of copyright in your design and any products created using your design (individually and collectively the “Design”) shall vest in the Promoter. As such, you hereby assign to the Promoter all past, present and future copyright (including by way of present assignment of future rights) and all other rights (including all intellectual property rights and all rights of syndication) in the Design.  You and your parent or legal guardian agree to enter in to all future agreements that the Promoter may require in relation to the creation of the T shirts (including but not limited to the assignment of intellectual property rights) and neither you nor your parent or legal guardian may advertise or disclose your design to any person until such time as the final T shirt has gone on sale.
18. By entering, you  agree that if you are chosen as a prize winner you and your parent/legal guardian will allow the Promoter to use your name, photograph and general location for their publicity and news purposes during this and any future promotions or advertising.
19. The Promoter will only use the information which you or your parent/legal guardian provide or which it obtains from its dealings with you or your parent/legal guardian, to administer the competition.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time.
21. To the maximum extent permitted by the law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize.
22. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
23. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland,  Australia. Any dispute arising is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
