Important information for 2017 Exhibitors

Exhibitors will be required to bump in on Thursday 8 June, 2017 and be open for trade from Thursday afternoon 8 June until Sunday afternoon 11 June 2017, giving exhibitors a further day of trade compared to previous years. Trading hours have traditionally been 8.30am to 5.30pm however night time trading is at the exhibitor’s discretion.

There are some minor changes to the spacing this year as we prepare for the movements of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games in Coolangatta in 2018.  Exhibitor spaces will be offered in a 3m x 3m plan in the following areas. Exhibitors can book more than one 3m x 3m space within the application form. Please also refer to the mapping attached.

Once applications have closed you will be contacted to confirm your space, size and location within 12 working days. Payment will then be required in full in order to secure your site for the festival along with all necessary Certificates of Currency and other documentation required.

Cars will be permitted on site during bump in, however will not be permitted once trading commences.  Alternative parking will be available in the Chalk Street carpark or via pre-purchased secure parking at The Strand at Coolangatta. Pricing and car sizes to be confirmed.

Limited food vendor spaces are still available, and limited metered sites and marquees are still available in Marine Parade in Coolangatta. Refer to the map in the link below and email events@southerngoldcoast.com.au to enquire further.

Market Stalls

Marquee Site (3m x 3m) with Power – $726 (inc GST):
These sites will be offered with a fully erected marquee and power supply.

Queen Elizabeth Park Metered Site (Min 3m x 3m, sold in 3 meter allocations) $495 (Inc GST):
Site is offered as meterage only and exhibitors will need to provide their own marquee and silent generator if required. Pegging is not permitted within this location and sandbags and/or weights will need to be used.

Marine Parade Marquee (3m x 3m)  $616 (Inc GST):
These sites will be offered with a fully erected marquee provided with no power. Due to space requirements, exhibitors are not permitted to have generators on site.
