Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Site. By using the Cooly Rocks On online Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you choose not to be bound by the terms and conditions, Cooly Rocks On does not grant you the right to use the Site and you must not use this Site.

Ticket Sales

Tickets are sold by Cooly Rocks On as agent for the person ("seller") responsible for the relevant event. ALL CLAIMS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COOLY ROCKS ON HAS NO LIABILITY TO YOU.

Where you make a purchase or a booking through this Site, you are bound by the Cooly Rocks On Online Terms of Sale in relation to that purchase.

The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment) and conditions of attendance at the event:

1. No refund or exchange on any ticket except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. If a refund is made, Cooly Rocks On may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged.
2. The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
3. The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. Cooly Rocks On reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets).
4. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the seller's and the venue's terms of admission. Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
5. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be permitted. The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event.
6. It may be a condition of entry to individual events that a search of person and / or their possessions will be required at the time of the entry to the venue.
7. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from Cooly Rocks On or other authorised points of sale.
8. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Cooly Rocks On and the seller, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

Scalping warning: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.

Additional terms applicable to sales through this Site:
GST will apply to all goods and services supplied through this Site. Prices in this Site include GST where applicable.

Collection and Use of Information

We only collect information which has been provided by you to us.

We use the information we collect from you to allow you to participate in our festival in the activities of your choice. On each email you receive from us you are given the opportunity to unsubscribe from our mailing list. When you unsubscribe, we remove your email address permanently from our mailing list.

We do not share personal information provided by you to anyone outside of Cooly Rocks On Festival Inc.

Accuracy, Security and Access

If you think we hold information about you which is incorrect or out of date please notify us of your correct details. We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of your personal information and to prevent unauthorised access to it by those who do not have a legitimate need for it.

Our website shopping cart store uses secure socket layer for security of transactions.

The Website Terms of Use and the Cooly Rocks On Australia Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions and apply to all sales through this Site.
