Event Information

We will be back rocking from 8 – 12 June 2022 at Cooly Rocks On, we can’t wait to see you there!

Major Events Gold Coast (MEGC) identified an opportunity to enhance the festivals to create a better experience for both VIVA Surfers Paradise attendees and the Cooly Rocks On fans. In 2021, Cooly Rocks On welcomed the spirit of VIVA, with an additional five days of Elvis activity, complimenting the unique nostalgic experiences offered at Cooly Rocks On and creating the ultimate celebration of the 50s, 60s and 70s.

Cooly Rocks On will not be losing any of the key event elements as part of the merge, rather it will be gaining a whole range of features from one of the Gold Coasts ultimate tribute artists festivals – VIVA Surfers Paradise. So get ready to celebrate the music, memories and moments of the 50s, 60s and 70s at Cooly Rocks On 2022.
