Exhibiting Your Vehicle

When will car bookings open?

Online car bookings will open on Tuesday 30 October 2018 at 10am (QLD time).

Can I book my car booking space in person?

Car bookings can only be booked online. NO bookings can be made in person, via email or telephone.

How do I pay for my car space?

All car bookings will need to be paid in full at the time of booking on the online system with a credit card. Cash and bank transfers will not be accepted.

Can I book multiple car bookings at a time?

You can book up to a maximum of 10 car spaces in any one booking. There is no limit on the number of spaces you book as long as you reserve the cars in up to 10 car space increments.

How do I book my online car space?

Click here for step-by-step detailed instructions of how to book online. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with these instructions prior to the online system opening to ensure a smooth booking process.

Does my car have to be registered to enter?

We don’t require that your car be registered for the display, but you will need to adhere to local legislation in respect to getting your car to and from Coolangatta.

How do I get to my car spot?

An email will be sent out in May 2019 to all confirmed car bookings with detailed instructions and maps on how to access their zone.

Due to road closures, cars will only be able to enter and exit their zone during allocated hours of the morning and evening of Saturday and Sunday. No cars will be able to enter or exit outside these allocated time slots.

What's the refund policy?

We do not refund tickets.  You are able however to transfer the ticket to another holder. Please see below information for transferring tickets.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes you can easily transfer your ticket to another holder.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes you can update your registration at any time by logging back into your account and editing the ticket information. Please see steps above for transferring a ticket.

Where can I buy Merchandise? And what are this year’s designs?

All official festival merchandise is available for sale online prior to the festival. Visit our Shop page to browse this year’s designs and purchase your Cooly Rocks On™ merchandise. During the festival, merchandise will be available for sale at the Information & Merchandise Marquee located in Queen Elizabeth Park.

Where can I park at the festival?

As there will already be hundreds of classic cars in the festival precinct, parking in the surrounding area is extremely limited, so plan to walk, cycle, car pool or use public transport to get to Cooly. Visit our Getting Here page to plan your trip to Cooly.

How can I volunteer at Cooly Rocks On™?

Volunteering applications are now closed for our 2019 festival.
