Experience the thrill as Coolangatta’s streets come to life with a vibrant parade of classic cars from the eras gone by. With four designated viewing areas along Marine Parade, immerse yourself in the lights and sounds as these timeless cars roll by.

Purchase a Show ‘N’ Shine + Night Cruise Weekend Pass when tickets go on sale.
This year, the Saturday Night Car Cruise forms part of a bundled ticket, giving you the ultimate Car Entrant experience! To take part in the Car Cruise, you must purchase a Zone 1-3 Show ‘N’ Shine + Night Cruise Weekend Pass.
As part of the Night Cruise, drivers will join three laps* of a beautiful route starting
from the Southern end of Marine Parade, wrapping around to Griffith Street and around the Kirra Headland.

The Saturday Night Car Cruise turns the streets of Coolangatta into a runway for the beautiful cars on display as part of the festival’s Show N Shine proudly presented by Autoglym.
Car owners will get the opportunity to cruise along Coolangatta and show off their pride and joy in action while the festival crowd watches on!
The Car Cruise kicks off on Saturday Night, from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Tickets will go on sale Thursday 13 February, 9am AEST.
In 2025, the Saturday Night Car Cruise Ticket will be included in a bundled ticket offer, titled “Show ‘N’ Shine (+ Night Cruise) Weekend Pass.
Absolutely not! Spectators can watch all the cars drive by for free.
There will be four designated viewing areas along Marine Parade which are highlighted on the Cruise Route Map here. These viewing areas are fenced off from the road so you can watch the cars drive by safely!
There are multiple car parking options where you can park your car prior to the Saturday Night Car Cruise commencing. These include but are not limited to: Betty Diamond Park, Jarvis Lane and the Strand Parking. For more information on parking and transport, click here.
In 2025, the Saturday Night Car Cruise Ticket will be included in a bundled ticket offer, titled “Show ‘N’ Shine (+ Night Cruise) Weekend Pass.” This bundle is offered only with Zones 1, 2 and 3 weekend passes. To take part in the Car Cruise, you must purchase this ticket type.
Only Show ‘N’ Shine Car entrants who have bought a Show ‘N’ Shine (+ Night Cruise) Weekend Pass will be permitted to enter the Saturday Night Car Cruise.
Yes, the vehicle entered into the Show ‘N’ Shine is the vehicle that must be registered and driven in the Saturday Night Car Cruise.
No, the same restrictions apply as Show ‘N’ Shine. Entrants must have a pre-1985 vehicle to enter into the Saturday Night Car Cruise.
There are no limits to how many Car Cruise tickets you can buy, but note you can only book up to eight (8) passes at a time.
Yes, your vehicle must be road registered and you should ensure you have appropriate insurance.
Due to limited road space and traffic safety, we must limit the number of cars participating in the Saturday Night Car Cruise.
For the safety of car entrants and spectators, a maximum speed of 20km/hr will be in place. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further rules and regulations.
No, passengers are not required to purchase a ticket. Standard road rules apply for the number of passengers allowed in each vehicle. Please ensure each passenger has their own seat.
Prior to the event you will be sent a Car Cruise Entrant Manual via email, that will detail all information you need to know about the Saturday Night Car Cruise, including entry information, the car cruise route, and timings.
