Watch as the streets of Coolangatta are transported back in time as they are taken over by cars from the eras gone by. With four safely fenced off designated viewing areas along Marine Parade, you’re in for a treat as you watch the impressive fleet drive by!

Starting from the northern end of Griffith Street, then going onto Marine Parade and around Kirra headland, drivers will be able to enjoy three laps* of this beautiful route. See the full route here.

Yes, only entrants of the Show ‘N’ Shine can participate in the Saturday Night Car Cruise.

Yes, the vehicle entered into the Show ‘N’ Shine is the vehicle that must be registered and driven in the Saturday Night Car Cruise.

Yes, vehicles will need to enter the marshalling area at Chalk Street via Lanham Street. Please refer to the Cruise Route Map to see the Marshalling Zones.

You will need to make your own way to the marshalling area after leaving your designated Show ‘N’ Shine zone. Please use the fastest and safest route possible.

No, the same restrictions apply as Show ‘N’ Shine. Entrants must have a pre-1979 vehicle to enter into the Saturday Night Car Cruise.

You will be able to purchase a maximum of two tickets for the Saturday Night Car Cruise. Please note, you will need the details of both cars for when you purchase tickets.

There will be three laps of the route as per the Saturday Night Car Cruise map. Please note, this is subject to change at the discretion of the Organisers in consultation with Queensland Police Service.

Yes, your vehicle must be road registered and you should ensure you have appropriate insurance.

$20 plus booking fee.

Due to limited road space and traffic safety, we must limit the number of cars participating in the Saturday Night Car Cruise.

There are multiple car parking options where you can park your car prior to the Saturday Night Car Cruise commencing and then return to the precinct once it has concluded. These include but are not limited to: Betty Diamond Park, Jarvis Lane and The Strand Parking. For more information on parking and transport, click here

For the safety of car entrants and spectators, a maximum speed of 20km/hr will be in place. Please refer to the T&C’s for further rules and regulations.

No, passengers are not required to purchase a ticket. Standard road rules apply for the number of passengers allowed in each vehicle. Please ensure each passenger has their own seat.

There will be four designated viewing areas along Marine Parade which are highlighted on the Cruise Route Map here. These viewing areas are fenced off from the road so you can watch the cars drive by safely!
