TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ATTENDING THIS EVENT
In consideration of attending this event, you agree to follow the reasonable guidelines set forth by the Organiser for the duration of the event, including but not limited to:
You understand and acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your conduct; and to act at all times in a manner which does not jeopardise the safety of yourself or other spectators, staff, or the general public.
You understand and acknowledge that the Organiser is limited in its ability to maintain insurance for the purpose of delivering events in Queensland.
You understand that the Organiser are not insurers of spectators’ behaviour and actions and that the event assumes no liability whatsoever for personal injuries or property damages to spectators or to third persons arising out of attendance in the event’s activities.
You assure the Organiser that they are not liable for any personal liability and medical costs, including medical evacuation that may directly or indirectly result from your attendance at this event.
You understand the nature of the activities that will take place at this event, and wish to attend/participate in this event, and acknowledge that your attendance at this event is voluntary.
You recognise that there are foreseeable and unforeseeable risks and hazards directly or inherently involved in your attendance at this event and that the Organiser has no control over such dangers.
Spectator safety and security
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any member of the public or spectator who becomes abusive or who behaves inappropriately or in any other reasonable circumstance. The Event Safety Hotline number is: 07 5628 2192.
Minors
All minors attending the event should be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian.
Compliance with laws and directions
You must follow all reasonable directions of the Organiser, including but not limited to:
Directions conveyed on signage at the Event.
Compliance with all applicable laws (including regulations) at all times during the Event.
In the case of an emergency or serious injury, directions of, or authorised by, the Organiser and/or emergency services personnel.
Restricted items:
- Alcohol and illegal/illicit substances
- Any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives)
- Any dangerous, unsafe, illegal, or offensive items
- Barbecues, gas, fires, cookers, lawn candles (naked flames)
- Drones
- Anyone using professional photo, audio or video recording equipment must adhere to the festival’s code of conduct, which can be viewed online
- Large gazebos, parasols, or tented structures
- Laser lights/pens
All other local laws apply.

Designated smoking areas:
The Organiser requests that for the comfort of all spectators, you only smoke in designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in outdoor eating areas or in pedestrian malls.
Filming and photography:
By entering this event, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded (by the events approved and accredited provider) and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of the photographs and/or recordings now or in the future in any medium without restriction or financial gain and waive any and all claims connected with the taking, recording, publication and use of the photographs and recordings.
You acknowledge and agree that you have been fully informed of your consent, waiver and release before entering the event. If you do not agree to the above, please do not enter the event.
Event timings:
The Organiser may add, withdraw or substitute artists (including the headline act/s) or vary advertised programs, performance times, venue, seating arrangements or audience capacity, without notice.
