VENDOR APPLICATION FAQS
Cooly Rocks On will be held from Wednesday 4 – Sunday 8 June 2025.
Cooly Rocks On is a festival that celebrates the motors, music and lifestyle of yesteryear. As the festival has limited locations for stallholders, we require our vendors to meet one of these three core pillars of the festival.
So if your stall specialises in retro/vintage fashion, memorabilia, vehicle products or street food, we want to hear from you!
In terms of site locations, our team will be working to strategically allocate vendors based on a number of requirements such as space/size, stall offering and how/where that best aligns with surrounding festival elements, just to name a few. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific sites at this stage, however, we recommend that all your relevant details including any preferences be noted down and submitted as part of your vendor application so our team can endeavour to secure you the best site possible.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out again if you have not heard from anyone surrounding your application by mid-April.
Our team will notify you on the status of your application after applications close.
